1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Norkis.Ink may collect, use, store, and disclose information through the website at norkis.ink and related business inquiries. It does not describe the separate data practices of a client campaign, which should be addressed in the applicable service agreement and project documentation.
2. Information you provide
If you contact Norkis.Ink through a website form or Telegram, information may include your name, work email, company or project, website, project stage, campaign objectives, timing, markets, and the contents of your message. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, payment credentials, or other sensitive access information.
3. How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information may be used to:
- Review and respond to your message
- Assess whether a service or partnership is a reasonable fit
- Prepare a requested scope or proposal
- Maintain records of business communication
- Protect the website and communication channels from abuse
- Meet legal, security, or dispute-management requirements
4. Form and email processing
Website form contents are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend for delivery to Norkis.Ink. Resend processes the submitted details, delivery metadata, sender identity, and reply-to address needed to transmit the notification email.
5. Hosting and Cloudflare
The website is intended for deployment through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested URL, security signals, and network logs to deliver, secure, and operate the service. Cloudflare's own terms and privacy documentation govern its processing.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website loads Google Tag Manager to manage approved site tags. Loading the container may send standard request information to Google, while the data collected by any additional tag depends on the tags configured in that container. Hosting, security, or form-protection services may also use essential cookies or similar storage where necessary. No non-essential cookie-based analytics or advertising tag should be activated until this policy and any required consent controls have been updated.
7. Basic analytics
Google Tag Manager is enabled as tag-management infrastructure. It does not by itself determine which analytics services or event tags are active. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled by default. Before an analytics tag is activated, its configuration, data processing, retention, cookie use, and current provider documentation should be reviewed. This policy and any required consent controls must be updated if a tool introduces cookies, additional identifiers, cross-site tracking, or advertising profiles.
8. Spam and abuse protection
Cloudflare Turnstile may evaluate technical and behavioral signals to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. The specific configuration and provider documentation should be reviewed before production use.
9. Telegram and external links
The website may link to Telegram and other third-party websites. Following an external link may disclose information such as your IP address, device information, referral data, or account identity to that service. Norkis.Ink does not control third-party privacy practices. Review the destination's policies before sharing information.
10. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, security, analytics, spam protection, and email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, address abuse, or manage a legal claim. Norkis.Ink does not describe inquiry information as being sold to data brokers.
11. Retention and security
Business inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, potential engagement, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, but no website, network, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. To make a privacy request, use thesecure contact form. Identity or request details may need to be verified before action is taken.
13. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers, or operational practices change. The updated date should be revised when material changes are published.
